Dr. Anil Kumar and Dr. Venkaiah have been elevated to the positions of Dean (SRC) and Dean (Student Affairs) respectively effective 17 Jul 2020. We wish them the best as they prepare to start their tenures!

Our senior undergraduate student, T. N. Venkata Kishore, obtained AIR 500 in GATE 2020, in Mechanical Engineering. Congratulations, Kishore! Results were announced in the last week of March, 2020.

Dr. Madan Mohan A has been named the second department head of mechanical engineering effective 1 March 2020. He takes over from Dr. Anil Kumar E. We thank Dr. Anil for his guidance and support during his tenure, and also wish Dr. Madan the best as he steps in to his new role!

Dr. Anil Kumar E wins the Best Paper Award at the Seventh International Conference on Advances in Energy Research (ICAER 2019), held on 10-12 Dec 2019 at the Department of Energy Science & Engineering, IIT Bombay. Congratulations to Dr. Anil and his team!
